Chargebacks

Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to provide evidence of your subscription, access, and usage to dispute any unfounded chargeback claims. Subscribers who initiate chargebacks may be permanently banned from accessing current or future content.
